Adjustable Guide with Depth Control and Dust Containment System
By using the Tercoo Guide with its adjustable depth control system, not only can you clean steel, iron, concrete and stone, but fiberglass as well
- Remove the damaged fiberglass gelcoat resulting from osmosis or other intrusions
- It is essential to use the Tercoo Guide depth control and dust containment system when removing the fiberglass gelcoat to prevent gouging the fiberglass base and to keep the gelcoat/fiberglass particulates from becoming airborne in the working environment
- The Tercoo Guide depth control and dust containment system includes a 3 point depth control system (part number 4105002 - sometimes referred to as THE SKATE) and a polycarbonate dust cover (part number 4105001) with a vacuum cleaner attachment. The Skate allows the operator to accurately and uniformly control the depth of cut in softer materials such as fiberglass
- Using Tercoo rotating blaster discs in conjunction with the Tercoo Guide and its adjustable depth control system enables the operator to clean fiberglass or remove its gelcoat. You can also clean other materials or remove rust from other materials
- Use The Guide with the Tercoo SINGLE (part numer 4101001), Tercoo DOUBLE (part number 4101002) and Tercoo TRIPLE (part number 4101003) rotating blaster discs
- Benefit using the Tercoo Guide in applications other than removing fiberglass gelcoats by achieving longer life for the Tercoo rotating blaster discs. It enables the operator to always apply only the most minimal pressure and keep the rotating blaster disc(s) perpendicular to the work surface.
- The Tercoo Guide works with most electric drills that have a round drill neck at least 1/2 inch wide and a drill neck diameter in the range between 1.679 and 1.7126 inches (42.65 to 43.50 millimeters)
