Constructed with a snap-fit mounting bracket and truss-head self-tapping screws, this 2-amp direct-mount battery charger and maintainer installs securely near the battery for permanent placement. It charges 12-volt lead-acid batteries, including flooded, gel, and AGM types up to 40 Ah, and maintains batteries of any size for long-term storage. An integrated thermal sensor monitors ambient temperatures between -4° and 104° F to automatically adjust the charge profile, while spark-proof connections and reverse polarity protection prevent electrical hazards during operation.
