The induction-hardened edges are rated at 64 HRC and provide a cutting capacity of 0.012" (0 cm) to 0.067" (0.2 cm) with a very small bevel for exact cuts on electronic components. A bolted joint and smooth-running double spring maintain low-friction movement throughout the entire opening range.
