Tool is used on Springer forks to setup steering stem bearing endplay.

The tool consists of a three-pronged offset spanner wrench with a hole through the center, allowing the threaded shaft to pass through.
The offset handle provides clearance for the fuel tank and other accessories.
Adjust the steering stern adjuster nut to allow for proper neck bearing endplay.
