Constructed with a conformable non-woven web, this 4" (10.2 cm) surface conditioning disc performs deburring, finishing, and surface preparation on metals such as aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium. The very fine grade aluminum oxide abrasive resists loading and minimizes undercutting on contoured surfaces at speeds up to 12,000 RPM. For efficient transitions between tasks, the disc utilizes a Roloc attachment system suitable for low-to-medium pressure applications.
