Shipping

We ship most orders within 24 hours. We will notify you by e-mail of any unusual delay. Most small package orders are shipped via FedEx or the US Postal Service. You will have the option of choosing amongst the various FedEx Ground and FedEx expedited shipping methods when completing the shopping cart transaction.

At your request we will ship the merchandise via postal service. The postal rate is not provided on our website. It is best to e-mail or call us for a rate and complete the transaction via telephone.

Orders for Canadian customers are typically shipped via the postal service.

Items with FREE SHIPPING applies to orders with a destination in the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping. Shipments to countries other than the continental United States do not qualify for free shipping. We will contact you to revise the shipping price if an order for free shipping is designated to Alaska, Hawaii or another country.

Items with FLAT RATE SHIPPING applies to orders with a destination in the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for flat rate shipping. Shipments to countries other than the continental United States do not qualify for flat rate shipping. We will contact you to revise the shipping price if an order for flat rate shipping is designated to Alaska, Hawaii or another country.

Orders over 150 lbs and some shipments between 70 and 150 lbs require shipping via common carrier to assure the most careful handling of your purchase. We will notify you of these situations, advise you of the freight, and receive your approval prior to shipping via common carrier.

Product being shipped by common carrier (LTL) that is listed as FREE SHIPPING or as a SPECIFIC DOLLAR AMOUNT is based upon delivery to a commercial location. There are additional charges to these listings for which the purchaser will be responsible if we were not advised of the need at the time of purchase. These additional charges can fall into one or more of the following categories:

  • inability to unload due to no dock height facility and/or no alternative off-loading capability
  • delivery requiring a truck lift gate
  • residential location as defined by the freight carrier
  • inside delivery requiring positioning the merchandise beyond the delivery dock
  • limited access delivery location as defined by the freight carrier
