| We ship most orders within 24 hours. We will notify you by e-mail of any unusual delay. Most orders are shipped via UPS. You will have the option of choosing amongst the various UPS shipping methods when completing the shopping cart transaction. At your request we will ship the merchandise via postal service. The postal rate is not provided on our website. It is best to e-mail or call us for a rate and then complete the transaction via telephone. Orders for Canadian customers are typically shipped via the postal service. Orders over 150 lbs and some shipments between 70 and 150 lbs require shipping via common carrier to assure the most careful handling of your purchase.
