| Returns |
| We must be notified of any item(s) you wish to return. We must authorize all returns and issue a return authorization number. Merchandise returned without an authorization number will be refused or returned. Shipping charges for the returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer. Returned merchandise is subject to inspection. All returned items and the packaging must be undamaged. Upon inspection, if it is determined that the packaging has been damaged, a 15% handling charge will be deducted from the original amount paid. If the product has been used or damaged, then we will return the merchandise without issuing credit. Electronic testing equipment is not returnable. Not knowing if these products have been used, it is not possible for us to test the functionality of all aspects of these items. Without the knowledge that these product types are in perfect operating condition we cannot resell them to future customers. |
